1. Introduction

EazeTech Labs Private Limited is committed to providing a safe environment for all users of Inflozy, with particular emphasis on the protection of children from sexual abuse and exploitation. Our platform serves as a space for influencers and users to connect, share content, and build communities. With these interactions comes the responsibility to ensure the highest standards of safety, especially for vulnerable populations such as children.

This policy outlines our comprehensive standards, preventive measures, reporting mechanisms, and resolution processes to combat Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. We consider the protection of children to be our highest priority and have developed this policy to reflect that commitment.

2. Purpose and Scope

This policy aims to establish clear guidelines to prevent CSAE on Inflozy by providing definitive standards that all platform participants must adhere to. The guidelines outlined herein serve to protect minors from potential harm while using our services.

This policy defines prohibited content and behaviors in explicit terms to ensure there is no ambiguity regarding what constitutes unacceptable conduct on our platform, particularly as it relates to the safety and wellbeing of children.

Through this document, we outline detailed reporting and resolution procedures that empower users to report concerns and ensure our team addresses them promptly and effectively. These procedures are designed to be accessible, straightforward, and efficient.

We specify enforcement actions for policy violations, ranging from content removal to permanent account termination and legal referrals when necessary. These actions demonstrate our commitment to maintaining a zero-tolerance approach to CSAE.

The policy provides comprehensive guidance for users and employees regarding their responsibilities in maintaining a safe platform environment. This guidance includes specific actions, reporting requirements, and behavioral expectations.

This policy applies to all Inflozy users, content creators, influencers, visitors, and EazeTech Labs employees without exception. Everyone interacting with our platform is bound by these guidelines regardless of their role, level of influence, or frequency of use.

3. Definitions

Child: Any person under the age of 18 years, regardless of the age of majority or consent in any jurisdiction. This definition is consistent with international standards, including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and ensures maximum protection for minors across all regions where our platform operates.

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): CSAE encompasses a wide range of harmful acts against children, including but not limited to sexual abuse or exploitation of minors in any form, whether physical, visual, verbal, or written. This includes the production, distribution, or possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), previously known as child pornography, which depicts sexual acts involving minors or sexualizes children in any manner.

CSAE also includes grooming of children for sexual purposes, which refers to the process of establishing a relationship with a minor with the intention of facilitating sexual contact. This may involve building trust, normalizing sexual content, or manipulating the child through gifts, attention, or other means.

The definition extends to sexual solicitation of minors, which involves requesting sexual acts, images, or interactions with persons under 18 years of age, regardless of who initiates the conversation or the perceived willingness of the minor.

CSAE includes the sharing of sexual content involving minors, whether created by the minor themselves (self-generated content) or by others. This applies to all media forms including images, videos, audio, text, or digital manipulation of content that depicts minors in a sexual context.

Finally, CSAE encompasses any content, interaction, or behavior that sexualizes children, including seemingly innocuous content that is framed or contextualized in a way that sexualizes minors, presents them as sexual objects, or otherwise contributes to their exploitation.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy

Inflozy maintains an unwavering zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE in all its forms. Any content, communication, or behavior that involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited without exception. Such violations will result in immediate and decisive action, including but not limited to permanent account termination, removal of all associated content, reporting to relevant national and international authorities, and full cooperation with law enforcement investigations. We do not consider mitigating factors or provide warnings for CSAE violations—our response is absolute and immediate. This zero-tolerance approach extends to attempts, suggestions, or advocacy of such behaviors. The safety of children is non-negotiable, and our enforcement of this aspect of our policy reflects the seriousness with which we approach this responsibility.

5. Prohibited Content and Behaviors

The creation, distribution, or storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form is absolutely prohibited on Inflozy. This includes images, videos, animations, drawings, or text descriptions that depict minors in sexual contexts or situations. Our platform will never be a repository for such harmful content, and we employ both technical and human resources to prevent such material from appearing.

Sharing links to CSAM or providing information on how to access such material elsewhere is strictly forbidden. This prohibition applies even if the actual content is not uploaded to our platform. Users may not direct others to external sources of CSAM through comments, messages, profiles, or any other means of communication on Inflozy.

Using the platform's messaging functionality to solicit minors for sexual purposes is prohibited. This includes requesting sexual content, suggesting sexual activities, or attempting to arrange meetings with minors for sexual purposes. All communication with minors on our platform must be appropriate, respectful, and within the bounds of normal, non-sexual interaction.

The use of Inflozy to groom children for eventual sexual exploitation is strictly forbidden. Grooming behaviors include but are not limited to building inappropriate relationships with minors, normalizing sexual conversation, isolating minors from protective influences, or gradually introducing sexual content or requests into conversations. Our moderation team is trained to identify patterns of grooming behavior.

Sharing personal contact information of minors, whether publicly or privately, is prohibited. This includes addresses, phone numbers, school information, or other identifying details that could put a child at risk. This prohibition applies even if the information is shared with apparent consent from the minor, as minors cannot legally consent to actions that may compromise their safety.

Content that sexualizes minors in any way, even if not explicitly sexual or nude, is prohibited. This includes content that presents minors in an inappropriately mature or sexual context, focuses unnecessarily on children's bodies, or pairs images of minors with sexual or suggestive commentary. Context matters, and our moderation team evaluates content holistically.

Using the document upload feature to share CSAM or other inappropriate content involving minors is strictly prohibited. All documents, presentations, PDFs, and other uploaded materials are subject to review and must comply with our child safety standards. The document feature is provided for legitimate content sharing and must never be misused to circumvent our safety measures.

Creating accounts with the intent to harm children through sexual exploitation, harassment, or grooming is forbidden. This includes creating false identities, pretending to be younger to relate to minors, or creating accounts specifically to target vulnerable users. Account creation must be for legitimate platform use only.

Attempts to normalize or promote child exploitation through advocacy, communities, or content that presents CSAE as acceptable are strictly prohibited. This includes content that argues for lowering age of consent laws, romanticizes adult-child sexual relationships, or attempts to frame CSAE as culturally relative or acceptable. Inflozy takes a firm stance against any content that could contribute to a culture where child exploitation is viewed as anything other than harmful.

6. Preventive Measures

Manual Monitoring and Review

Inflozy employs a dedicated moderation team specifically trained in identifying and addressing CSAE content and behaviors. This team works around the clock to ensure continuous monitoring of platform activities and swift response to any concerning content. Each team member undergoes specialized training in recognizing the subtle indicators of CSAE and grooming behaviors, ensuring that even covert attempts to exploit children are identified and addressed.

Our moderation team conducts regular manual reviews of randomly selected content across the platform. This proactive approach allows us to identify potential issues before they are reported by users. The random sampling methodology is designed to cover various content types, user demographics, and platform features to ensure comprehensive safety oversight. This approach serves both as a deterrent and as an early detection system for problematic content or user behavior patterns.

We prioritize the review of user-reported content, particularly when it relates to child safety concerns. All reports containing child safety tags or keywords are immediately escalated to specialized moderators for urgent review. This prioritization ensures that potential CSAE content is addressed with the utmost urgency, minimizing the time such content remains accessible and reducing potential harm. Reports related to child safety are never queued behind other types of content reports.

Our team conducts thorough document inspection prior to approval for public sharing. All uploaded documents undergo a careful review process to ensure they do not contain embedded CSAM, inappropriate imagery of minors, or text content that could facilitate child exploitation. This process includes checking for hidden content, embedded links, and contextual indicators that the document may be intended for improper purposes related to children.

Age Verification

Inflozy implements age verification requirements for all users during the registration process. This verification helps ensure that children under the minimum age requirement do not create accounts and that adults cannot easily pretend to be minors. Our age verification process includes date of birth verification, terms of service acknowledgment specifically addressing age requirements, and technical measures to detect and prevent falsified information during registration.

We employ enhanced verification measures for accounts that produce content, particularly those with significant followings or that create content that may appeal to younger audiences. This additional layer of verification may include ID checks, phone verification, or other authentication methods to confirm the identity and age of content creators. This approach helps ensure accountability and prevents individuals with harmful intentions from building influential positions on our platform.

Education

Inflozy provides clear in-app guidelines about appropriate content and interactions, with specific emphasis on child safety. These guidelines are prominently displayed during registration, regularly highlighted in user notifications, and easily accessible through our Safety Center. The guidelines use simple, direct language to ensure all users understand our expectations regarding interactions with and content involving minors.

We actively educate users about recognizing and reporting CSAE through periodic in-app notifications, blog posts, and safety campaigns. This education includes information on identifying warning signs of grooming, recognizing potentially inappropriate content involving minors, and understanding the importance of prompt reporting. By creating a community of informed users, we multiply our monitoring capabilities and create a safer environment for all.

Regular safety tips and updates are shared through platform notifications, helping to maintain awareness of child safety as a priority. These communications include reminders about privacy settings, reporting mechanisms, and responsible online behavior. The frequency and content of these updates are designed to keep safety top-of-mind without creating notification fatigue among users.

Community Engagement

Inflozy empowers users to report suspicious content by making reporting mechanisms highly visible and simple to use throughout the platform. Every piece of content, message, and profile has an easily accessible reporting option, with clear categories for child safety concerns. The reporting process is designed to be straightforward and quick, removing barriers to user participation in platform safety.

We recognize and acknowledge active community members who help maintain platform safety through our Community Guardian program. This program provides recognition, special profile badges, and other non-monetary incentives to users who consistently provide high-quality reports of policy violations, particularly those related to child safety. This recognition helps build a culture where looking out for the wellbeing of children is valued and encouraged.

The platform maintains regular communication about safety initiatives through our Safety Blog, community forums, and direct notifications. These communications highlight improvements to safety features, share anonymized case studies of successful interventions, and provide transparency about our efforts to combat CSAE. This ongoing dialogue reinforces our commitment to safety and helps users understand the crucial role they play in maintaining a safe platform environment.

7. Reporting Mechanisms

User Reporting

Inflozy provides an in-app complaint module that is accessible from all screens and sections of the platform. This omnipresent reporting functionality ensures that users can report concerning content immediately, without having to navigate away from the content in question. The reporting interface is designed to be intuitive and streamlined, allowing for swift submission of reports while capturing all necessary information. The module adapts contextually to the type of content being reported, offering relevant reporting options based on whether the user is reporting a post, message, comment, document, or user profile.

An emergency reporting button is prominently featured for CSAE content, allowing for expedited review of the most serious safety concerns. This dedicated reporting channel is visually distinct from standard reporting options and is labeled clearly to indicate its purpose for urgent child safety concerns. Reports submitted through this channel receive immediate attention from specialized moderators, bypassing standard queue processes to ensure the fastest possible response to potential child exploitation content.

The reporting system offers users the option to provide detailed information about their concerns, including the specific nature of the violation, the context in which it occurred, and any pattern of behavior they have observed. This detailed reporting helps our moderation team make more informed decisions and take appropriate action. The system includes free-text fields for detailed explanations as well as structured options to categorize the specific policy violation being reported.

Users have the ability to report messages, content, and user profiles separately, with specialized reporting flows for each content type. This granular reporting functionality ensures that users can accurately identify the problematic content and that our moderation team receives reports with precise context. Each reporting flow includes child safety options and is designed to capture the unique aspects of potential violations in different content formats.

Report Categories

Inflozy's reporting system includes a specific category dedicated to Child Safety concerns, with subcategories addressing various types of potential CSAE violations. These subcategories help users accurately classify their reports and help our moderation team quickly understand the nature of the concern. The child safety reporting category is prominently positioned in the reporting interface to ensure visibility and ease of selection when needed.

The reporting interface provides clear indication of urgency for CSAE reports, helping users understand that these reports receive priority handling. Visual cues, including distinctive coloring and iconography, signal the high-priority nature of child safety reports. The interface also includes brief explanatory text about how these reports are handled differently from other policy violation reports, setting appropriate expectations for response timelines.

Users have the option to attach evidence such as screenshots or message logs when submitting reports related to child safety concerns. This functionality allows our moderation team to review the exact content in question, even if the original content has been deleted or modified since the report was filed. The evidence attachment process is designed to be simple and secure, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive content while ensuring our team has all necessary information to take appropriate action.

Confidentiality

Inflozy offers an anonymous reporting option for users who wish to report CSAE content without revealing their identity to the reported user. This anonymity protects reporters from potential retaliation and encourages reporting from users who might otherwise hesitate to come forward. The system ensures that while reports can be made anonymously, our team still receives all necessary information to investigate the concern thoroughly.

We implement robust measures for the protection of reporter identity throughout the moderation and enforcement process. Our systems are designed to ensure that reported users cannot identify who reported them, and our communications about reports never reveal the source of the report. This protection extends to all internal documentation and case management systems, where reporter information is accessible only on a strict need-to-know basis.

All evidence related to CSAE reports is handled with the highest level of security and confidentiality. Our systems employ encryption, access controls, and secure storage protocols to protect sensitive content. Evidence is retained only as long as necessary for investigation, enforcement, and legal compliance purposes, after which it is securely deleted according to our data retention policies. Access to CSAE evidence is strictly limited to specialized moderators and is logged for accountability.

Direct Reporting to Leadership

All CSAE reports are escalated directly to the CEO for review, ensuring visibility and accountability at the highest level of the organization. This direct escalation path bypasses standard hierarchical reporting structures to ensure that leadership is immediately aware of the most serious safety concerns on the platform. The CEO receives detailed briefings on each CSAE case, including the nature of the content, actions taken, and any pattern analysis that might indicate systemic issues requiring broader attention.

The CEO's direct involvement in CSAE cases underscores our commitment to child safety as our highest priority. This leadership engagement is not merely symbolic but involves active oversight of case resolution, resource allocation for safety initiatives, and personal accountability for the effectiveness of our child protection measures. The CEO regularly reviews metrics related to CSAE detection, reporting, and resolution to ensure continuous improvement in our safety processes.

8. Investigation Process

Initial Assessment

Upon receiving a report of potential CSAE content, our specialized moderators conduct an immediate review of the reported content to assess the validity and severity of the report. This initial review begins within minutes of receiving high-priority child safety reports and focuses on determining whether the content violates our child protection policies. The assessment includes evaluation of the content itself as well as contextual factors such as the user's history, patterns of behavior, and potential risk to minors on the platform.

Our moderation team employs a structured prioritization system based on comprehensive risk assessment criteria. Factors considered in this assessment include the explicit nature of the content, the age of potential victims, the reach or visibility of the content, evidence of organized or systematic exploitation, and indicators of imminent harm. This prioritization ensures that the most severe and time-sensitive cases receive immediate attention while all CSAE reports are addressed with appropriate urgency.

As a precautionary measure during the review process, reported content that potentially violates our child safety policies is temporarily restricted from view. This restriction prevents further dissemination of potentially harmful content while the investigation is conducted. The restriction is implemented in a manner that preserves the content for review purposes while making it inaccessible to general users. In cases where the content is determined to violate our policies, this temporary restriction becomes permanent removal.

Investigation

Our specialized moderators conduct a thorough review of the reported user's history and content across the platform to identify patterns of concerning behavior. This comprehensive review includes examination of past posts, comments, messages (when legally accessible), profile information, and previous reports involving the user. This historical analysis helps identify patterns that might not be evident from the reported content alone and ensures that our response addresses the full scope of potential policy violations.

The investigation includes careful analysis of communication patterns, particularly in cases involving potential grooming or solicitation. Moderators are trained to recognize conversational tactics commonly employed in the grooming process, such as isolation, secret-keeping, trust-building followed by boundary violations, and gradual introduction of sexual content. This pattern recognition helps identify sophisticated exploitation attempts that might be difficult to detect when examining individual messages in isolation.

Each case investigation includes a thorough assessment of potential harm, considering factors such as the vulnerability of affected users, the nature and severity of the content or behavior, and the likelihood of ongoing or escalating harm if immediate action is not taken. This harm assessment guides the urgency and scope of our response, ensuring proportionate and effective intervention.

All findings from CSAE investigations are meticulously documented in our secure case management system. This documentation includes the nature of the reported content, evidence reviewed, analysis conducted, determination made, actions taken, and any referrals to law enforcement or external agencies. This comprehensive documentation serves multiple purposes, including ensuring consistency in enforcement, enabling pattern recognition across cases, supporting potential legal proceedings, and providing accountability for our moderation processes.

Resolution Timeline

Inflozy commits to an initial assessment of all CSAE reports within 24 hours of submission. This rapid assessment ensures that potentially harmful content is addressed quickly, minimizing exposure and potential harm. The initial assessment determines whether immediate action is required and sets in motion the appropriate investigation and enforcement processes based on the nature and severity of the report.

For standard cases of potential policy violations related to child safety, we commit to completing the full investigation process within 72 hours. This timeline ensures thorough review while still providing timely resolution. The investigation process includes content review, user history analysis, determination of policy violations, and implementation of appropriate enforcement actions. At the conclusion of the investigation, reporters receive notification that their report has been reviewed and appropriate action has been taken.

In cases where there is evidence of immediate danger to a child, imminent criminal activity, or widespread distribution of CSAE content, we implement an expedited process with full resolution within 12 hours. This accelerated timeline applies to the most serious violations and involves immediate content removal, account restriction, and simultaneous investigation. These urgent cases may also involve immediate referrals to law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations when appropriate.

9. Enforcement Actions

When content is determined to violate our child safety policies, Inflozy takes immediate action to remove the offending content from the platform. This removal is permanent and comprehensive, ensuring that the content is deleted from our servers (except as required for evidence preservation) and is no longer accessible to any users. Content removal applies to all forms of CSAE content, including images, videos, text, comments, and messages that violate our policies.

Depending on the severity of the violation, users who post CSAE content or engage in behaviors that exploit children will face account consequences ranging from temporary suspension to permanent termination. Severe violations, including sharing CSAM or attempting to groom minors, result in immediate and permanent account termination without warning. For borderline violations or first-time instances of less severe policy violations, temporary suspensions may be applied along with clear communication about the violation and consequences of further infractions.

In cases of serious or repeated violations, Inflozy implements IP blocking measures to prevent users from simply creating new accounts after termination. This technical enforcement layer adds protection by making it more difficult for banned users to return to the platform. IP blocking is implemented in conjunction with other technical measures to identify and prevent the return of users who have been removed for CSAE violations.

For all instances of CSAM identified on the platform, Inflozy fulfills its legal obligation to report the content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States or equivalent authorities in other countries. These reports include all relevant information about the content and user, facilitating appropriate investigation by specialized law enforcement units. This reporting is mandatory for our organization and is completed regardless of other enforcement actions taken on the platform.

In addition to NCMEC reporting, cases involving local exploitation, imminent threats, or patterns of predatory behavior are reported directly to relevant local law enforcement agencies. These reports include all available information that may assist in identifying perpetrators and protecting potential victims. Our legal team coordinates with law enforcement to ensure they receive all necessary information in formats that facilitate swift action.

In accordance with legal requirements and best practices, Inflozy preserves all evidence related to CSAE violations. This preservation ensures that law enforcement has access to unaltered evidence for potential criminal proceedings. Our evidence preservation protocols comply with chain-of-custody requirements and include secure storage of content, metadata, user information, and access logs that may be relevant to investigations.

In particularly egregious cases, and in coordination with law enforcement, Inflozy may pursue legal action against violators of our child safety policies. This may include civil litigation or active participation in criminal proceedings as appropriate. Our commitment to child safety extends beyond platform enforcement to supporting the broader societal response to child exploitation through appropriate legal channels.

10. Employee Guidelines

Training Requirements

All EazeTech Labs employees, particularly those involved in content moderation, must complete mandatory training on CSAE recognition and response protocols. This comprehensive training covers recognition of various forms of CSAE content, understanding grooming behaviors, awareness of legal obligations, and familiarity with internal processes for handling CSAE cases. The training combines theoretical knowledge with practical case studies and is developed in consultation with child safety experts. All new employees must complete this training before working with user content, and existing employees must demonstrate proficiency in these areas.

Employees participate in regular refresher courses to ensure their knowledge remains current and comprehensive. These refresher sessions occur at least quarterly and incorporate emerging trends, new exploitation tactics, updated legal requirements, and lessons learned from recent cases. The continuous education approach ensures that our team remains at the forefront of child safety practices and can effectively respond to evolving threats.

All employees who may encounter CSAE content receive specialized training in trauma-informed approaches to content moderation. This training helps employees understand the psychological impact of viewing disturbing content, develop healthy coping mechanisms, recognize signs of secondary trauma, and access support resources. The trauma-informed approach acknowledges the emotional toll of safety work while providing tools to maintain both effectiveness and wellbeing.

Content Moderation

Inflozy has established clear escalation pathways for moderators who encounter potential CSAE content. These pathways ensure that concerning content is quickly routed to specially trained senior moderators for review and action. The escalation process includes specific criteria for different types of content, explicit handling instructions, and designated points of contact available 24/7 for urgent cases. This structured approach minimizes response time for serious violations while ensuring appropriate expertise is applied to each case.

Recognizing the psychological toll of reviewing disturbing content, Inflozy provides comprehensive mental health support for employees working in content moderation. This support includes access to professional counseling services, regular check-ins with mental health professionals, peer support groups, and stress management resources. The company culture actively destigmatizes seeking support and treats mental health as an essential component of workplace safety, particularly for teams exposed to potentially traumatic content.

To prevent excessive exposure to disturbing content, Inflozy implements rotation policies that limit the amount of time moderators spend reviewing sensitive material. These policies include work shifts that alternate between reviewing different content categories, mandatory breaks after reviewing certain types of content, and limits on daily exposure to potentially traumatic material. The rotation system is designed to balance the need for specialized expertise in CSAE content review with the wellbeing of our moderation team.

Reporting Obligations

EazeTech Labs employees have a mandatory obligation to report all CSAE content encountered on the platform to appropriate authorities, in compliance with legal requirements. This obligation applies regardless of how the content was discovered—whether through user reports, proactive monitoring, or incidental discovery. Employees receive clear guidance on reporting requirements in different jurisdictions and are provided with streamlined tools to fulfill these obligations without unnecessary exposure to the content in question.

The company maintains detailed internal reporting procedures that document the handling of each CSAE case from initial discovery through final resolution. These procedures include standardized forms, secure communication channels, and clear ownership at each stage of the process. The internal reporting system ensures accountability, enables pattern recognition across cases, and facilitates continuous improvement of our safety processes.

All actions related to CSAE cases must adhere to strict documentation requirements to ensure thoroughness, consistency, and accountability. Required documentation includes timestamps of discovery and action, detailed description of the content (without unnecessary reproduction), all enforcement actions taken, external reporting confirmations, and the names of all employees involved in handling the case. This documentation is maintained in a secure system with restricted access and is preserved in accordance with legal requirements for potential use in criminal proceedings.

11. Legal Compliance

Inflozy complies with all applicable laws related to CSAE, including the Protection of Children Against Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, which provides comprehensive protections for children against sexual abuse and exploitation. Our policies and procedures are designed to meet or exceed the requirements set forth in this legislation, including reporting obligations, content removal timelines, and cooperation with investigations. All employees receive training on their specific obligations under POCSO and other relevant child protection laws.

Our platform adheres to the provisions of the Information Technology Act and its amendments related to CSAM, including obligations to report illegal content, preserve evidence, and implement preventive measures. We maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements in this area and promptly adjust our policies and procedures to ensure continuous compliance. Our legal team regularly reviews platform practices against the latest legislative developments to ensure alignment with legal standards.

Inflozy recognizes and complies with international laws and treaties on child protection, acknowledging the global nature of online child exploitation. We maintain awareness of major international frameworks, including the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and various regional instruments addressing child protection. Our policies are designed to satisfy the most stringent requirements across jurisdictions where we operate.

In accordance with legal requirements, Inflozy maintains robust data preservation protocols to support law enforcement investigations. These protocols include secure retention of reported CSAE content, associated metadata, user information, and access logs for periods specified by applicable laws. Our data preservation systems are designed to maintain the integrity of potential evidence while restricting access to authorized personnel only. We promptly comply with lawful requests from law enforcement for preserved data related to CSAE investigations.

12. Policy Reviews and Updates

This policy undergoes comprehensive review at minimum on an annual basis to ensure its continued effectiveness and relevance. The annual review process includes evaluation of policy effectiveness metrics, assessment of emerging trends in online child exploitation, consideration of feedback from users and employees, and consultation with child safety experts. The review is conducted by a cross-functional team including representatives from legal, trust and safety, product, and executive leadership to ensure all perspectives are considered.

When significant legal changes occur in jurisdictions where Inflozy operates, we promptly assess the implications for our child safety policy and implement necessary updates. Our legal team continuously monitors legislative developments related to online safety and child protection, ensuring that our policy remains compliant with all applicable laws. Policy updates resulting from legal changes are implemented on an expedited timeline to ensure continuous compliance.

Following any major incident involving CSAE on our platform, we conduct a thorough policy review to identify potential improvements. This incident-driven review examines how the situation developed, whether existing policies were sufficient, how effectively procedures were followed, and what changes might prevent similar incidents in the future. Lessons learned from these reviews are incorporated into policy updates and shared (in an anonymized format) during employee training to strengthen our overall safety approach.

As new technologies emerge and exploitation tactics evolve, we proactively update our policy to address novel threats to child safety. Our trust and safety team works closely with industry partners, child safety organizations, and technical experts to identify emerging trends and develop appropriate policy responses. This forward-looking approach helps ensure that our protective measures remain effective against evolving exploitation methods and technologies.

13. Resources and Support
